Strength is the amount of force your muscles can produce in resistance training. It can involve using your body weight or equipment like weights, resistance bands, or medicine balls. These training exercises causes the muscles to contract against the outside resistance enhancing overall quality of life. For example increasing muscle mass, stronger bones, balance, joint flexibility, and even sleep improvement.
